SHIPPING POLICY

 

    Due to the upcoming CNY, we encourage you to make your purchases by 21 January and get your items delivered before 4 February. There will be no deliveries on 4 - 6 February. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and rest assured that we are doing our best to fulfil your orders as soon as possible! You may continue to track your parcel if you have received the tracking link via your email.

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders made in Timberland Online Store.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
  • For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 5 - 7 working days after order verification and credit approval.
  • We use flat-rate shipping of RM 12.00 for orders below RM 300. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
  • Free shipping is provided if the order (after discount, if applicable) is RM 300 and above
  • All shipments are processed in our Singapore facility to both east and west Malaysia.
  • We do not deliver to P.O boxes
  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. For more information about payment options, click here.
  • You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.
  • International: We do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
  • Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
