RETURN BY MAIL
If you wish to return the product to us, you would need to contact our customer service at email@example.com to obtain a RMA return form.
To ship your purchase back to us using the return form provided, please take the following steps:
Print out two copies of the RMA return form that is being sent to the email address registered for the order.
Paste one of the RMA return form onto the carton box or packaging that comes along with the shipment and slot in the other RMA return form into the box. You would have to paste the RMA return form over the existing consignment form if you are using the same packaging for return. Do not paste anything on the product or shoe box.
Box it up. Seal securely.
Mail it to our local Malaysia designated location as written in the RMA form. Please use a trackable shipment for any returns. Timberland will not be responsible for any mishap during the shipment.
Please note and keep the return tracking number until your account is credited.
Once your return is received and processed, your purchase will be credited to your initial form of payment for the product price plus any applicable taxes. Refunds can only be posted to the credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase, not to a different credit card or Paypal account.
We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that Timberland is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for customized product. Custom footwear orders are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects (this does not cover normal wear and tear). For additional information, please contact our Customer Service team via email within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
